I always hope that you are doing well in every way!
Last weekend we had “Christmas In Nunda”; I hope you made it, and, if you did, I know you had a great time. I was scheduled for an interview about “Be Well In Nunda” with Kelli Carson of WCJW fame. To prepare for the interview (I didn’t know how long it was going to be- I think it was about two minutes) I did a lot of research. One really interesting and wonderful thing I discovered was that “Be Well In Livingston” (which sponsors “Be Well In Nunda”) is a “Blue Zones” initiative! Well, if you’ve read this blog much at all, you know that I am a huge fan of “Blue Zones.”
So today I’m putting up two non-video links, one to the Lessons that we learn from the Zones, and the other to the Blue Zones Project to create Blue Zones in our country! These links are followed by some videos about Blue Zones, the Longevity Project and Centenarians. I hope they are interesting and useful:

Other researchers are studying longevity, as well. Here is an interesting video with Jason Prall, director of “The Longevity Study”:
I found this interesting: 20 living centenarians in the entertainment world; I checked this morning and they are all alive with ages ranging from 100 to 108:
Thank you for reading and for joining in the quest for wellness.
See you Sunday!
